FLOWERS TO ORDER

We are pleased to offer an order and free delivery service to local villages. Visit our online shop and select our seasonal bouquet. If online ordering isn’t your thing please telephone or complete our contact form to discuss your order. We’re happy to help in whatever way works for you.

Please note 48 hours are usually required for all pre-orders.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

​

LOCAL FLORAL DELIVERIES ONLY

​

We only deliver locally as follows:

  • local orders within an approximate 10 mile radius of Lode on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Others days by arrangement.

  • Deliveries are between 9am and 5pm. Unfortunately specific times slots cannot be given 

  • ​

LOCAL FLORAL DELIVERY CHARGES

​

FREE –  to Cambridge, Newmarket and surrounding villages within an approximate 10 mile radius of Lode

Any orders over the 10 mile radius but within 20 miles will need to be discussed over the phone or by message/email

We do not deliver further than approximately 20 miles from Lode.

​

NO NATIONAL OR INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

​

If the recipient isn’t home to receive the delivery we will first look for a safe, covered space to leave the bouquet. If that isn’t an option, we try a neighbour. A calling card will be popped through the door to say where the flowers have been left. The flowers must be delivered as they are perishable.

Flowers can be collected from 33 Mill Road, Lode CB25 9EN by arrangement.

POSTAL CHARGES FOR GIFTS

​

We use Royal Mail Standard Tracked Parcel Service for gift deliveries with a set charge of £3.99.

Orders will be processed as soon as possible within 3 working days.

 

Gifts can be collected from 33 Mill Road, Lode CB25 9EN by arrangement free of charge.

 

GIFTS RETURNS/BREAKAGES POLICY

We do hope that you’re happy with your purchase with us but if anything isn’t quite right for you we are here to help.

​

If you change your mind after receiving item(s) from us please let us know within 7 days of delivery and post it back to Mill Blossom Flowers. The buyer is responsible for return delivery charges. We will issue you a refund after receiving the item(s) as long as we receive them in a resalable condition. The original delivery cost will not be refunded.

We pack all of our orders very carefully to protect them during transit but unfortunately now and again damages may happen. Please let us know as soon as you receive your parcel with photographic proof and we will happily refund or replace your item.

 

FLORAL REFUNDS

​

Refunds for flowers may occasionally be given at the discretion of the management. Due to the perishable nature of the product you must make any complaint within 1 working day of the delivery of your flowers with photographic evidence. We will always to endeavour to reach an agreement with the recipient for either a replacement or a voucher depending on the nature of the complaint.
